Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an order is placed on Income Tax Library (www.incometaxlibrary.com) the same cannot be cancelled.
Income Tax Library (www.incometaxlibrary.com) reserves the right to accept/reject any order(s).
If by mistake or error on the server or processing, we get payment twice or more than once for the same order, we will refund the amount, received in excess.
We will refund the excess amount within 15 working days on request from the customer.
The cancellation and refund policy is subject to change without any prior intimation.
